If you are new to our church or new to knowing Jesus, we’re so glad you stopped by.

People from all walks of life call Wagga Wagga Baptist Church home. Our church has a strong focus on providing Christ-centred Bible teaching and serving our local community.

 

Our services

Here is what you can expect if you come along to one of our Sunday services:

  • Welcoming: We have people near the entrance to say hi and welcome everyone as they walk through our doors. They’re also available to answer questions or provide assistance if needed.
  • Music: We love praising our Lord through song. Our music teams lead the singing and words are projected on the screen for you to follow along.
  • Prayer: We pray together in thankfulness; to honour our Creator; and to ask for wisdom, help, healing and freedom.
  • Sermon: We love hearing from God’s Word. Beginning with a short reading, we listen together as one of the pastors speaks to us from the Bible.
  • Communion: On the first Sunday of each month we pause in remembrance of the last time Jesus ate with his followers before he was crucified. This is an opportunity to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice for each of us. The bread and juice are available for those who have given their lives to Christ. 


Kids are welcome! Our church and worship services are family-friendly. We have a kids church program that operates during the service, a creche, and a cry room with a nursing chair and change table.
