If you are new to church, this is what you can expect.
We Welcome.
We do our best to welcome everyone as you come in. Bibles are in the seats so anyone can follow along.
We Sing.
Song leaders and musicians lead the singing and the song words are projected on the screen. You can sing if you want or simply listen.
We Pray.
Leaders help us pray to God for His guidance and care. We pray for wisdom and help and freedom and healing. We pray for our nation’s leaders, and we pray that we can be pleasing to God.
We Remember Jesus’ death and his rising.
We have the Lord’s Supper (Communion) on the first Sunday morning of the month and the third Sunday evening of the month. This is a heart-searching time as we think about Jesus’ death on the cross for us. The bread and grapejuice is only for those people who have turned to Christ and given their heart to him through faith.
We Contribute.
We take up a weekly collection of money for the work of the church here and elsewhere in the world. This is a joyful part of our worship of God, but we do not expect visitors to contribute!
